Many students and parents have and continue to communicate with me through distant modes. For students and parents who do not have my contact information I am and will continue to be available through the following contacts:

Seniors please stay active with scholarship applications. Deadline extensions are rapidly changing and I will keep you notified as they occur. Please continue to allow me to assist you in any area I can. More modes of communication will be forthcoming and that information will be forwarded to you. Stay safe and take an active role in taking care of each other as we move forward in providing necessary services to you. I miss all of you and look forward to hearing from you.
Tioga Schools will NOT hold classes in the buildings “until further notice.” The buildings will not be open-there is no guarantee anyone will be on site and student and community members cannot be in our buildings. We have started working on “Opportunity Learning” or as may be better known as online learning. Watch for information next week as we gear up to deliver instruction. Please stay home. Stay well! As we are social distancing, a reminder to high school students enrolled in NDCDE courses. Courses are still in session. Please be diligent in your studies, watch your due dates and stay on track.

Gear Up for Kindergarten is postponed until schools are allowed to have other activities!
We have also been asked to notify Hunters Safety course participants that class has been postponed. Classes were scheduled to begin Mon., March 16. Future class dates will be passed along when information becomes available.

FARGO – On Friday, March 13, due to the Emergency Declaration issued by President Trump the NDHSAA Main School Contact, NDHSAA will suspend play at the 2020 NDHSAA Class A Basketball State Tournament and all remaining 2020 NDHSAA Winter Postseason State Tournaments including the 2020 NDHSAA Class B Boys Basketball State Tournament.
In addition to the remaining 2020 NDHSAA Winter Postseason Basketball State Tournaments being suspended, all remaining fine arts and spring sports seasons have been suspended indefinitely, which includes practices and game contests. Further information will be released as it becomes available.

The Powers Lake Jamboree (scheduled for Saturday, March 14th) has been postponed and rescheduled for April 4th.
The DL-B wrestling tourney in Berthold is STILL on for tonight (March 13th). The wrestling tourney in Kenmare tomorrow(March 14th) is cancelled. We will keep you updated to any changes on the Tioga Wrestling page or the Tioga School webpage.

March's has a a piece on standardized testing, which we will be starting after spring break(March 23rd) for grades 3-6 at Central. Grades 3-6 will be tested in ELA and Math. Grade 4 will also be tested in Science. On days of testing it is important for your child to be in school and well rested. Ask teacher about testing schedule.

Spring Picture Day is going to be different compared to Spring Pictures in the past. LifeTouch is getting away from sending pictures home and keeping what you want. Where now, you have to pre-order or a proof will be sent home after picture day to order. Your sons or daughters should have or will have picture forms. Any questions call the office....
